During the last day our partners were invited to our new office to participate in the practical workshops. Whole day was focused on explanation of company day to day internal operations and discussions that should help partners to deal successfully with the specific problems of their markets and challenges they are facing every day.
To attract interest from business partners, all departments have prepared workshops that provided with a brief overview of their work. The workshop content gave practical insights about different topics which can help partners to be more effective in collaboration and customers support.
These sessions covered the following areas:
Vagif Amirov, Team Leader of Support Engineers in Prague, has presented how our support team works. He focused mainly on new system of customers’ support and its integration with systems that are being used internally at development and sales department. He explained in detail how the 24/7 support works and how partners can cooperate on that.
Ondra Vanek, QA Leader, introduced how testing scenarios work and showed the workflow between Testing and Support and Development department. He demonstrated new ways of automation that have been implemented within last few weeks.
Josef Andrysek, Head of Development, spoke about organization of work within department he is managing and he also introduced tools that are being used for operational and strategic planning. He described permanent process of negotiation about new features and improvements of current functionality between him and company CTO and CEO.
Jiri Brozak showed planned changes on company corporate website and process of Case Studies preparation. He presented main areas of marketing activities and revealed plans for up-coming months together with his colleague responsible for online marketing campaigns.
Head of Graphic Design, Patrick Priecel and his colleagues Mr. Gorol and Mr. Svarc summarized design milestones in 2016. They talked with partners about new features in Teamchat, new clients’ applications and planned website redesign.
George Semotan, Head of IceWarp Internal Sales, introduced new members of the sales team, showed daily workflow and answered questions related to his presentation from the previous day. He explained plans for 2017 including better management of current distribution network.
