IceWarp is hosting its 15th annual Global Partner Conference this week in Prague, Czech Republic, where partners attends a full-day sessions packed with engaging content and the opportunity to interact directly with IceWarp executive team and other staff.
Bringing together almost 25 attendees from 16 countries, the three-day conference, with a mix of presentations, success stories and practical workshops, gives the IceWarp team an opportunity to share its business results for 2016, global strategy for 2017 as well as some exciting new product developments.
Opening the conference, company CEO, Adam Paclt, summarized the key points that IceWarp achieved in successful year 2016. Following the business plan IceWarp acquired the Mirapoint Software Business and released IceWarp Server v12 with its own mobile and desktop applications as well as IceWarp Cloud infrastructure in Europe and America. At the same time he introduced business plans for 2017, key integrations with third-party products and revealed extended offer of mobile applications.
The next session was focused on the latest version of IceWarp Server, version 12. In a quick overview, Balu Gopakupar, Sales Manager, summed up the most important features together with applications available for end users. During this presentation, George Semotan, Head of Sales, explained the benefits of segmentation and how to meet customer needs within individual segments – SMB, Enterprise, ISP and Education. In the afternoon session, George introduced v12 market positioning and the key competitive advantages over other products on the collaboration market.
In the last presentation of the day, Amjad Deen, Head of Channels, provided together with colleagues from the finance department insight into 2017 pricing strategy for version 12, presented global distribution goals and cooperation plan to attain overall channel goals in 2017. Some of our partners also shared the success stories that had been achieved over the past period.
